The DishPlaymaker is offered as a CarryOut or, with the optional mounting tripod mounting kit or new window mount for Stationary (parked) domed antenna. It features a small size – only 13.5″ tall with a 14.3″ base and offers tremendous ease of use. This domed satellite dish for your RV comes in white only. The DishPlaymaker Antenna will support satellite service from Dish Network only for satellite TV service for your RV. This antenna only has one coax connection
Ease of Use
To use, just hook up the coax cable to your satellite receiver and simply plug in your Dish Network 211 or new Walley satellite receiver. A menu will pop up on your TV allowing you to select your location, and the antenna will take off searching for your satellites. If you wish to mount the antenna on a tripod TR-1518 or Side Window mount MT-SM30, an optional installation kit is available to do so.
The antenna will support one receiver which allows different channels from three different satellites. NOTE: Dish Network will support a single tuner receiver and not DVRs or dual tuners since the antenna needs to toggle between satellites. Refer to Pathway X2 for 2 Dish or Bell Express receivers.
Construction
The Winegard is an American-made product built to take the elements. It has a heavy-duty plastic base with optional metal mounting feet and features a metal reflector (instead of a plastic one inside the dome) giving you the highest signal strength for its size. The specially treated UV dome helps shed water for optimum performance even in inclement weather. The antenna power comes from the coax cable included, along with the installation/instruction manual. The antenna comes with a two-year warranty covering labor the 1st year.
