For Dish or DirecTV. The GM2000 Series (aka G2) offers this CarryOut model which can – with an optional mounting kit – be installed as a Stationary (parked) domed antenna. It features a small size – only 13.5″ tall with a 14.3″ base and offers tremendous ease of use. This domed satellite dish for your RV comes in two colors – black and white. The G2 is a universal antenna that supports satellite service from DirecTV- SD, Dish Network- HD, and Bell ExpressVue (Canadian version of Dish Network) for the best in satellite TV for your RV.
Ease of use The GM-2000 Series Satellite antenna comes pre-programmed for DirecTV but can easily be changed over to DirecTV 101-119 (no HD), Dish Network HD – Western arc 110-119-129, and Bell ExpressVue 82-92 satellite orbits. If you choose to switch satellite providers, just take the cover off and flip some dip switches, reinstall the dome and you are ready to go. To use the dish, just hook up the coax cable to your satellite receiver and plug into a 12-volt source – the antenna does the rest. If you wish to mount the antenna, an optional installation kit (RK2000)is available. The antenna will support two receivers which allow different channels on two different receivers. NOTE: Dish Network or Bell Express mode will support a single tuner receiver and not DVRs or dual tuners since the antenna needs to toggle between satellites. Refer to Pathway X2 for 2 Dish or Bell Express receivers.
Construction The RoadTrip Mission Series is an American-made product built to take the elements. It has a heavy-duty plastic base with optional metal mounting feet and features a metal reflector (instead of a plastic one inside the dome) giving you the highest signal strength for its size. The specially treated UV dome helps shed water for optimum performance even in inclement weather. The antenna comes with a power cable for cigarette plug-in and coaxial cables, and an installation/instruction manual. The antenna comes with a two-year warranty covering labor the 1st year.
